Backend Engineer (Rust)

We are seeking a Backend Engineer to build high-performance systems in Rust for a next-generation trading platform. In this role, you'll own core components, contribute to system architecture, and work with real-time data streams. Ideal for engineers who thrive on solving complex problems in fast-paced, dynamic environments.

Key Responsibilities
• Design, build, and maintain core backend systems in Rust
• Own critical components throughout their lifecycle, from design to production
• Contribute to architectural and technical design decisions
• Write clean, testable, and reliable code
• Collaborate on integrations with external exchanges
• Tackle complex and ambiguous technical challenges

Requirements
• 4-8 years of experience in software development, preferably in systems programming (Rust, C++, Go)
• Production experience with Rust, or strong interest and ability to ramp up quickly
• Proven track record of building scalable, production-grade systems
• Strong understanding of concurrency, multithreading, and real-time data processing
• Familiarity with distributed systems and microservice architectures
• Interest or experience in trading, finance, or crypto
• Commitment to engineering best practices, quality, and validation
