Job Title : Business Analyst (QA & Testing)Position Overview Work across both business analysis and quality assurance to help deliver high-quality business applications. What You'll Do / Key Responsibilities - Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Perform process analysis and coordinate with business and technical stakeholders.
- Facilitate JAD and requirements sessions.
- Prepare test cases and execute functional testing activities.
- Track and document defects through the testing lifecycle.
- Support System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Produce clear business and functional documentation.
- Learn new business processes and systems as needed.
Required Qualifications - 4+ years of Business Analysis experience, including requirements gathering, documentation, process analysis, and stakeholder coordination.
- 2+ years of QA/testing experience, including test case preparation, functional testing, defect tracking, and UAT/SIT support.
- Experience facilitating JAD/requirements sessions and working with business and technical teams.
- Strong analytical, communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a hybrid model from Troy, Michigan.
- Ability to quickly learn new systems and business processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
Preferred Qualifications - Accounting or Finance domain knowledge/background.
- Experience supporting financial, payment, collection, or accounting-related applications.
