The Opportunity:

As a program management specialist, you know the complexities of supporting a project from concept to completion. Many programs require a significant investment of limited resources, and it's imperative to keep the project on a productive path. That's why we need you, an experienced program management specialist who can help ensure success through careful analysis and effective communication.

On our team, you'll implement and maintain organizational programs in support of corporate strategy. You'll work with key stakeholders to review contracts and project cost accounting. You'll help with tactical planning using resources like MS Project, and regular interactions with SMEs, schedulers, customers, and project analysts.

You Have:
  • 10+ years of experience as a program manager supporting the U.S. Air Force
  • Knowledge of DoD Adaptive Acquisition Framework and U.S. Air Force weapon systems and support organizations
  • Ability to display a collaborative management style and inherent drive to deliver on commitments
  • Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
  • HS diploma or GED


Nice If You Have:
  • Experience with B-52 Weapon System program management
  • Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Defense Acquisition Workforce Certification
  • Project Management Professional Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,500.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
