Responsibilities:
- Facilitate Agile delivery for teams by leading all Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, retrospectives) and ensuring alignment with Navy Federal Agile and SDLC standards.
- Partner with Product Owners to maintain a prioritized backlog, track sprint progress and metrics (velocity, burn-down/up), and provide transparent status reporting.
- Proactively identify and remove impediments, manage risks and dependencies across teams, and support release planning and coordination.
- Ensure Azure DevOps practices are consistently followed and promote continuous improvement across the delivery lifecycle.
Basic Qualifications:- Minimum of 3 years of experience with Azure DevOps Boards, Pipelines, Agile Scrum, Sprint Planning Tracking, Stakeholder Communication, and/or Risk Dependency Management
Preferred Qualifications:- Azure Function Apps
- Azure Logic Apps
- Bachelor's or Associate's degree
