Job Title: Azure Engineer

Position OverviewThe Azure Engineer will be responsible for implementing, configuring, validating, and supporting Microsoft Azure infrastructure components required for a Teamcenter environment migration. The role will focus on infrastructure deployment, automation, Linux administration, monitoring, backup/recovery, testing, and migration support within an Azure Government environment.
Key Responsibilities- Deploy and configure Azure infrastructure resources using Terraform.
- Configure and manage Azure subscriptions, resource groups, storage, networking, and monitoring services.
- Provision, configure, and validate Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) virtual machines.
- Implement and support Azure Backup and disaster recovery solutions.
- Configure and validate Azure Site Recovery (ASR) services.
- Perform infrastructure testing, validation, troubleshooting, and remediation.
- Monitor Azure infrastructure using Azure Monitor and Log Analytics.
- Support pilot deployments and production migration activities for the Teamcenter environment.
- Participate in post-migration hypercare and infrastructure stabilization activities.
- Maintain infrastructure configurations and automation code using Git and Azure DevOps.
- Troubleshoot Azure and Linux infrastructure issues and coordinate remediation activities.
- Follow infrastructure, security, and operational standards applicable to Azure Government environments.

Required Skills- Strong Azure Administration experience.
- Hands-on experience with Azure infrastructure deployment and configuration.
- Experience administering Red Hat Enterprise Linux environments.
- Proficiency in Terraform and infrastructure automation.
- Experience with Azure monitoring, logging, and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of backup, recovery, and disaster recovery concepts.
- Experience supporting infrastructure testing, validation, and remediation.
- Experience supporting cloud migration, pilot, production deployment, or hypercare activities.
- Ability to work with Azure DevOps and Git for infrastructure automation and version control.
Preferred Experience- Experience supporting Teamcenter or other enterprise engineering/manufacturing applications.
- Experience with Azure Government or other regulated cloud environments.
- Experience with large-scale infrastructure migration projects.
- Familiarity with enterprise disaster recovery and business continuity requirements.
