Job Summary
We are seeking a junior to mid-level Azure DevOps / Kubernetes Engineer to support cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes administration, CI/CD automation, and platform engineering initiatives within an Azure environment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Azure, Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), DevOps pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC), with a focus on improving cloud reliability, scalability, security, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
• Support and administer Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) environments.
• Build, maintain, and enhance CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
• Implement and manage cloud infrastructure using Terraform.
• Support Kubernetes administration and containerized application deployments.
• Troubleshoot deployment, application, Kubernetes, and cloud infrastructure issues.
• Support Azure networking, security, and cloud infrastructure configurations.
• Utilize Git for version control and follow established branching strategies.
• Work with Docker and follow container orchestration best practices.
• Support cloud platform reliability, scalability, security, and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and cross-functional teams to improve deployment processes.
• Assist with platform engineering and cloud infrastructure automation initiatives.
• Support production cloud environments and resolve operational issues as needed.
Required Qualifications
• 4-5 years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, Platform Engineering, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure.
• Strong experience with Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
• Experience building and supporting CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
• Strong understanding of Kubernetes administration and containerized applications.
• Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform.
• Experience with Git version control and branching strategies.
• Understanding of Azure networking, security, and cloud infrastructure concepts.
• Experience troubleshooting deployment, application, and infrastructure issues.
• Knowledge of Docker and container orchestration best practices.
• Strong communication, troubleshooting, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with GitHub Actions.
• Azure certifications.
• PowerShell or Python scripting experience.
• Experience supporting production cloud environments.
• Exposure to monitoring and observability tools.
