Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; five years experience or four years experience in lieu of degree.
• Active Top Secret/SCI clearance.
• Strong cloud resource management background, specifically in Azure and AWS.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code using tools like Terraform.
• Proficient in scripting with PowerShell or Python for automation.
• Familiar with Microsoft enterprise environments (Active Directory, Entra ID, DNS).
• Experience with configuration management tools like Ansible, Puppet, or Chef.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage an internal developer platform on Azure, including CI/CD, Kubernetes, and automation.
• Implement GitLab for source control and pipelines, ensuring trunk-based workflows.
• Utilize Terraform as the primary automation language for infrastructure management.
• Enhance security with deterministic CI/CD pipelines that include testing and security scans.
• Manage artifact movement with checksum-driven processes and tools like reposync and Pulp.
• Implement secret hygiene practices and familiarity with vulnerability/misconfig scanning in CI environments.
