Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field with 3 years of project controls experience required.
• Applicable experience can substitute for the degree requirement.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential.
• Experience with Oracle Primavera P6 is preferred, indicating a specific software knowledge.
• Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills are necessary.
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions under pressure is important.
• Willingness to obtain OSHA 10-hour safety certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead project controls processes with the internal project management team.
• Ensure proper project setup in Enterprise Planning & Controls software.
• Develop and maintain effective scheduling and cost reports for multiple projects.
• Serve as a point of contact for technical questions from the project team.
• Analyze and evaluate schedule management using critical path techniques and cost forecasting.
• Consult with project team on schedule progress to ensure timely execution.
• Perform quality checks on project controls deliverables and conduct field audits.
