Full Job Description
As the AX PMO Manager (P4), you will serve as a senior individual contributor responsible for driving operational excellence, governance, and execution cadence across the AI Transformation (AX) portfolio. You will own the management rhythms that keep strategic initiatives aligned and on track, including executive dashboards, governance forums, decision logs, board materials, action tracking, and performance reviews. This role requires exceptional program management, analytical, and communication skills to provide leadership with clear visibility into portfolio health, risks, decisions, and outcomes. You will work across multiple teams and stakeholders to ensure consistent governance, transparency, and execution discipline across the AX organization.

Your Team

You will be a senior individual contributor partnering with AX leadership, program managers, product teams, business stakeholders, and delivery teams to drive governance operations, portfolio transparency, executive reporting, and organizational execution effectiveness.

What You Need to Be Successful

  • Establish and maintain the operating cadence for the AX organization, including governance forums, leadership reviews, planning cycles, and performance review rhythms.


  • Develop and manage executive dashboards, KPIs, scorecards, and portfolio analytics to provide visibility into strategic initiatives and organizational performance.


  • Own decision logs, action registers, and governance artifacts to ensure accountability, transparency, and timely follow-through on commitments.


  • Prepare executive and board-level materials, synthesizing complex portfolio information into concise and actionable insights.


  • Lead duplicate-project reviews and portfolio rationalization efforts to identify overlaps, improve resource utilization, and align investments with business priorities.


  • Track strategic actions, risks, dependencies, and escalations across programs, ensuring issues are surfaced and addressed appropriately.


  • Drive data quality, reporting consistency, and governance standards across the AX portfolio.


  • Partner with leadership and program teams to continuously improve governance processes, management reporting, and operational effectiveness. Facilitate stakeholder alignment across business, product, technology, and operational teams to resolve conflicts and optimize outcomes.


  • Continuously improve portfolio management processes, tools, reporting frameworks, and governance practices.
