Our team is looking for a Technical Program Manager tracking development from multiple software, hardware, and silicon development teams that create new EC2 platforms. You will lead cross functional teams to drive software development for new EC2 instance types and features from inception through design, implementation, testing, and deployment.
The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator, both written and verbally, and possess 5-10+ years in effective project management of highly technical initiatives, as well as strategic program management. Experience in managing software and firmware development with Linux is a plus. A Bachelor's Degree or additional technical experience is required. Candidates possessing a background software and hardware engineering who have transitioned to a program management discipline will have a distinct advantage.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's Degree AND 5+ years of project management experience OR 10+ years of project management experience (experience can be substituted for degree)
Experience in core project management disciplines including scope, schedule, requirements tracking, quality, along with risk and critical path management.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Master's Degree or advanced professional degree
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
Background in Linux software/systems engineering
Experience working with offshore ODM/JDM vendors
Experience with and deep understanding of multiple project management methodologies

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
