Role Overview:The DevOps Engineer will play a critical role in the Transformation Program, partnering closely with Architecture and Infrastructure teams. This position is central to driving cloud platform engineering, CI/CD modernization, infrastructure automation, security application deployment standardization, SRE, and overall operational excellence across the AWS ecosystem. The primary objective is to build scalable, secure, and automated cloud-native solutions that support Radians' transformation roadmap.
Key Responsibilities:- Partner with Architecture and Infrastructure teams to drive cloud platform engineering.
- Lead and implement Application Development CI/CD modernization initiatives.
- Focus on Cloud Engineering infrastructure automation.
- Ensure Security application deployment standardization.
- Establish and maintain SRE (Site Reliability Engineering) practices and operational excellence across the AWS ecosystem.
- Develop and deploy scalable, secure, and automated cloud-native solutions.
- Contribute to and support Radians' transformation roadmap.
Required Skills:- Strong background in DevOps principles and practices.
- Expertise in cloud platform engineering, specifically within the AWS ecosystem.
- Proficiency in CI/CD modernization techniques.
- Experience with infrastructure automation tools and methodologies.
- Knowledge of security best practices for application deployment.
