Role Overview:This role is for an AWS DevOps Engineer with a focus on Site Reliability Engineering (SRE). The engineer will be instrumental in designing, implementing, and managing CI/CD pipelines, automating infrastructure provisioning, and ensuring the high availability and scalability of AWS resources. Key responsibilities also include monitoring and optimizing cloud infrastructure performance and collaborating closely with development teams for seamless deployments. The candidate must possess strong communication skills and be available to address outages.
Key Responsibilities:- Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools.
- Ensure high availability and scalability of AWS resources.
- Monitor and optimize cloud infrastructure performance.
- Collaborate with development teams for smooth deployments.
- Possess good communication skills to collaborate and be available during outages.
Required Skills:- AWS Services (EC2, S3, RDS, IAM, VPC, CloudFormation)
- Linux Administration
- Datadog monitoring and integration
- CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, AWS CodePipeline)
- Infrastructure as Code (Ansible, Terraform, CloudFormation)
- Docker & Kubernetes
- Monitoring tools (CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog)
- Scripting (Python, Bash)
Qualifications:- 6-8 Years of experience
- Mandatory Certification: AWS Certified Solutions Architect
Preferred Skills:- Database experience (MySQL, PostgreSQL)
- Experience with Ansible or Chef
- Knowledge of security best practices in AWS
- Familiarity with serverless technologies (Lambda)
- Experience with cost optimization in AWS
- Exposure to multi-cloud environments
- Preferred Certifications: Kubernetes (CKA), Terraform Associate
