AWACS Ground Support Mission Systems Subject Matter Expert (SME)

We are seeking a former AWACS Ground Support Mission System Specialist to join our team as Subject Matter Experts (SMEs). This is an onsite position located near Tinker AFB in OKC. International Travel is REQUIRED.

Ground Support Mission Systems SME requirements and responsibilities include:

Requirements:
• SME will be knowledgeable in mission support systems for Airborne Early Warning and Control (AEW&C) platforms, including operations and troubleshooting.
• SME will need to be experienced with mission planning and post-mission planning applications, software, and tools. Possesses a basic understanding of the design, implementation, integration, development, analysis, testing, deployment, and maintenance of software systems.

Responsibilities:
• SME will design, develop, and deliver technical learning solutions for mission support system personnel.
• SME will plan, develop, and conduct testing of training devices to validate functionality against expected operational and training outcomes.
• SME will assess mission support system learning objectives and provide recommendations on course structure, content, and methodologies.
• SME will review final modified data to ensure final comments were incorporated (iterative) following the project style guide.
• SMEs will modify content to comply with the project style guide.

Instructor Duties:
• SME will conduct multiple training sessions in Germany
• SME will Instruct training courses using a variety of modalities, media, and training devices.
• SME will be well-versed in instructional techniques, information delivery, materials, and media
• SME will apply instructional skills such as preparation, delivery, summarization, assessment of student progress, remediation, motivation, and engagement.
• SME will develop and maintain learning solutions to meet mission system support training requirements.
• SME will submit training content data to OKC CD&I utilizing the Microsoft suite products.
• SME will support evaluation of mission system support training effectiveness and incorporates customer feedback
