GENERAL SUMMARYThe Treasury Systems Integration Specialist is responsible for designing, implementing, supporting, and optimizing technology integrations between Treasury Management, Commercial Banking, Digital Banking, and enterprise banking systems. This role focuses on improving operational efficiency by automating manual processes, streamlining workflows, eliminating duplicate data entry, and enhancing system connectivity across the bank's technology ecosystem.
The position serves as a liaison between business units, Treasury Management, Operations, Information Technology, and third-party vendors to identify integration opportunities, improve system utilization, and ensure data integrity throughout the client onboarding and servicing lifecycle.
This position combines Treasury Management expertise with technical systems administration, workflow automation, reporting, and process improvement responsibilities.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSSystems Integration & Process Automation
- Support integration initiatives between Treasury Management systems, Digital Banking platforms, IBS, nCino, Collaboration Hub, and other core banking applications.
- Analyze business processes and identify opportunities to automate manual workflows and reduce operational inefficiencies.
- Configure and maintain system integrations utilizing APIs, SFTP file transmissions, and workflow automation tools.
- Coordinate testing, validation, and implementation of system enhancements and technology upgrades.
- Develop and maintain process documentation, workflow diagrams, integration requirements, and operating procedures.
- Troubleshoot integration issues and coordinate resolution with internal technology teams and third-party vendors.
- Participate in system conversions, product implementations, and platform enhancement projects.
Treasury Technology Administration
- Support the administration of Treasury Management systems and related operational platforms.
- Assist with maintaining Treasury product enrollment workflows and digital onboarding solutions.
- Manage system configurations, user setup requests, workflow routing, and integration monitoring.
- Support enhancements to digital forms, automated approval processes, and onboarding workflows.
- Assist with maintenance and optimization of Treasury Management Product and Services enrollment solutions.
Process Improvement & Efficiency Initiatives
- Evaluate existing operational procedures to reduce manual touchpoints and improve scalability.
- Recommend technology-driven solutions that enhance efficiency, accuracy, and client experience.
- Identify opportunities to consolidate workflows across departments and improve data flow between systems.
- Design process improvements that reduce processing times and enhance operational controls.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to implement automation solutions supporting Treasury Management operations.
Data Integrity & Reporting
- Monitor data quality and accuracy across Treasury Management and banking platforms.
- Develop and maintain operational and management reporting.
- Assist with regulatory reporting requirements and operational certifications.
- Support audit, compliance, enterprise risk, and operational review activities.
- Perform data validation and reconciliation activities to ensure system integrity.
Project Support
- Participate in cross-functional projects involving system integrations, automation initiatives, and process improvements.
- Assist with gathering business requirements and documenting technical specifications.
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new enhancements and system releases.
- Track project deliverables and communicate progress to stakeholders.
- Support Treasury Management product implementations and conversion activities.
Client & Internal Support
- Serve as a technical resource for Treasury Management implementation and support teams.
- Assist internal partners in resolving complex service and system-related issues.
- Explain technical solutions in business-friendly language.
- Partner with customer-facing teams to support client onboarding and connectivity requirements.
QUALIFICATIONS- Education: Bachelor's degree in information systems, Business Technology, Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience in Banking Operations, Treasury Management, Financial Technology, Systems Administration, or Business Systems Support.
- Experience supporting enterprise banking systems, digital banking platforms, or operational technology solutions.
- Experience participating in system implementations, automation projects, or process improvement initiatives.
- Familiarity with Treasury Management products and commercial banking operations.
- Skills/Ability:
- Understanding of APIs and system integrations.
- Experience supporting SFTP and secure file transmission processes.
- Familiarity with JSON, XML, CSV, and data exchange methodologies.
- Knowledge of workflow automation platforms and digital forms.
- Experience working with banking systems such as IBS, nCino, Treasury platforms, or Digital Banking systems.
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel, reporting tools, and process documentation.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.

Pay determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
This position may be eligible for a discretionary bonus.
