Job Overview:As LPL's Associate Vice President, Operational Readiness, you will report to the Vice President of our Workforce Strategy and Readiness unit. This qualified professional will have a strong project management, change management or demand planning background and a working knowledge of financial services and the customer experience space. Strong collaboration and presentation skills both written and verbal are required as you'll work closely
with other functions in the company to drive positive change. Exceptional organization, working as part of a larger management team, and the ability to independently drive work and continuous improvement is vital.
This role serves as the bridge between Product, Technology, Operations, Communications, and Service, ensuring advisor and investor impacting initiatives are successfully assessed, communicated, and operationalized across the organization. The AVP will drive enterprise readiness planning, change adoption, and impact management to support exceptional advisor and client experiences.
Responsibilities:- Lead readiness assessments for advisor and investor impacting initiatives, evaluating operational impacts, risks, dependencies, training requirements, and communication needs.
- Partner with business stakeholders to develop and execute readiness strategies that support successful adoption of new products, platforms, processes, and capabilities.
- Develop executive-ready communications, dashboards, and presentations that provide visibility into readiness risks, mitigation plans, implementation status, and business impacts.
- Develop Service-wide communications to prepare Financial Service Professionals for new business events (i.e. product/technology rollouts)
- Manage event readiness dashboard/calendar
- Support management with risk assessments and mitigation activities.
- Propose and implement solutions to improve demand forecast accuracy
- Prepare report outs for executives on event readiness.
- Monitor and repaort on important changes in forecasts, and business strategies.
- Address demand-related issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Identifying capacity plans, headcount analysis, performance measures that will used to make strategic management decisions.
- Ensure Financial Service Professionals are prepared for upcoming changes through coordinated communication, training, knowledge management, and readiness activities.
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in a related field; or other equivalent work experience
- 2+ years of experience leading operational teams, driving business initiatives, implementing change, workforce planning, project delivery, or supporting enterprise programs within Financial Services.
- 3+ years of experience in Financial Services

Pay Range: $99,704.00 - $166,139.00
Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
