We're looking for a seasoned Associate Vice President/Director of Sales will be responsible for getting new business & logos. You will also be responsible for to drive strategic growth, build strong client relationships, and lead high-value deals across key accounts. If you're passionate about building long-term client partnerships, exceeding sales targets, and driving growth, this could be the right opportunity for you.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the MedTech and Phrama industry. The individual will have strong business acumen to plan business development, business communication skills to be involved in strategic discussions, technical background to facilitate solutions design, operational excellence to execute and work with internal teams, and excellent communication skills to influence stakeholders. In addition, the candidate must be highly collaborative, innovative, and customer-centric, and bring a structured approach. Candidate must be self-driven and assertive.

  • Proven ability to work at C level of clients to drive strategy

Job responsibilities
  • As an account executive, you will be responsible for getting new business & logos.
  • You will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients/customers to encourage sales and growth of the account.
  • Develop and lead a sales strategy and account plan for strategic & target Accounts.
  • Oversight and responsibility for relationship development and cultivating new business opportunities with clients within the assigned vertical or strategic account to expand revenue
  • Work closely with delivery management to represent the full project initiation and life cycle in the Sales cycle: lead management, qualification for the bid/financing, solutioning and staffing, client management, delivery, and execution governance.
  • Monitor the progress & health of existing programs.
  • Develop and introduce solutions based on the understanding of the client's business issues.
  • Provide leadership for cross-departmental teams on all contract renewals, negotiations, and client proposals.
  • Develop and assess account strategies to meet revenue targets.
  • Monitor client satisfaction and update strategies when necessary.
  • Participate in client performance calls, onsite meetings, and monthly/quarterly business reviews with management.
  • Negotiate new business contracts with clients and promote GlobalLogic offerings and product engineering services.


GlobalLogic estimates the starting pay range for this role to be performed in (Northeast USA, New Jersey, Boston, Chicago) is $160,000 - $220,000 and reflects base salary only. This pay range is provided as a good faith estimate and the amount offered may be higher or lower. GlobalLogic takes many factors into consideration in making an offer, including candidate qualifications, work experience, operational needs, travel and onsite requirements, internal peer equity, prevailing wage, responsibilities, and other market and business considerations.
