Job OverviewAs the AVP, Enablement & Engagement, you will be a member of LPL's Strategy & Growth organization, focusing on developing and advancing LPL's Client Readiness Program experience and community agenda. This role reports to the Senior Vice President, Readiness Go-To-Market, and plays a key role in developing and executing strategic initiatives.
Responsibilities:Readiness Enablement: Drive business strategy for external awareness, events & conferences , and overall readiness client-facing assets.
- Lead Home Office Visit (HOV) and conference enablement efforts for Platform, Business, and Technology consulting teams, serving as the primary point of contact for communications, events, presentation materials, and client-facing assets.
- Establish and manage standards, frameworks, and governance for client-facing content and SME presentations across all relevant subject matters
- Partner across Sales, Product, Marketing, Digital, Client Readiness, Field Leadership, End-Client Strategy and other business units as applicable to align messaging and overall client experience
- Partner with Corporate Marketing to develop and execute the external launch and ongoing awareness strategy for Client Readiness consulting capabilities, aligned with LPL's social media, public relations, and compliance standards.
- Conduct research on emerging trends to identify future content development in partnership with Readiness GTM and Consulting leads
Readiness Engagement: Develop digital engagement experiences that support Client Readiness program
- Partner with the SVP, Client Readiness, to define the digital engagement strategy for clients from Decision Support through New2LPL stages, integrating with existing onboarding and education programs to strengthen advisor readiness.
- As part of the cohesive client digital engagement strategy, own the development, optimization, and execution of 'Client Readiness' digital client community
- Support the relaunch and day-to-day operations of the digital community, partnering closely with Digital Product team to optimize user experience and review listening reports for feedback for implementation
- Serve as the face of the community, leveraging subject matter experts and strong facilitation skills to engage hundreds of clients while driving productive business outcomes.
- Develop a measurement framework and partner with analytics to build reporting capabilities to track efficacy of activities
- Maintain a deep understanding of changes to the LPL client experience and assess the impact of new policies, processes, and initiatives on the community experience.

Requirements- 6+ years of experience in customer/client experience, marketing, project management, or consulting roles
- Track record of influencing senior leaders and operating in complex, cross-functional enterprise environments

Pay Range: $92,906.00 - $154,809.00
Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
