- Coordination and Communication: Facilitate effective communication between LPL and partner marketing teams to ensure alignment on goals, messaging, and execution
- Integration of Marketing Efforts: Oversee the customization of LPL marketing initiatives for each enterprise partner, ensuring that content, messaging, timing, and approval workflows are appropriately adapted for each client’s unique requirements
- Project Management: Oversee joint marketing projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence.
- Stakeholder Management: Build and sustain trusted, senior-level relationships with key stakeholders at partner organizations, including VP- and Director-level contacts across marketing, product, relationship management, and project management functions.
- Operating Model: Develop and maintain a partnership operating model, including clear RACI frameworks, communication cadences, and escalation pathways that enable consistent, high-quality support at scale.
- Reporting & Planning: Deliver regular performance reports and insights on joint marketing efforts to inform decision-making and strategy refinement.
- Problem Solving: Proactively address challenges or conflicts between teams, identifying solutions that support shared success.
- Competitive Analysis: Conduct market and competitor research to identify opportunities, threats, and strategic positioning insights.
- Product and Service Updates: Manage the partner communications change management process — partnering with internal Product Marketing, Corp Comms, Digital Marketing, and Client Success teams to ensure enterprise partners are proactively informed of upcoming product, technology, and operational changes affecting their advisors.
- Event Marketing: Support event marketing efforts for Strategic Partner conferences and advisor recognition events, including on-site presence, lead capture strategy, follow-up execution, and results reporting.
- Relationship Management: Cultivate strong, ongoing relationships with the Strategic Partnership account team and leadership through regular engagement and feedback loops.
- AI Innovation: Serve as subject matter expert in artificial intelligence, championing AI adoption broadly across the team, providing advocacy to embed AI-native practices into day-to-day marketing operations
