Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in general aviation or avionics.
  • Strong knowledge of aircraft electrical and avionics systems.
  • Experience troubleshooting corporate and private aircraft avionics.

  • Valid driver's license and ability to obtain airport clearance.

  • Ensure compliance with FAA, manufacturer, and customer quality standards.
  • Implement corrective actions and maintain accurate operational records.
  • Build strong relationships with customers to enhance their experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead daily shop operations and serve as acting General Manager when needed.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex avionics installation issues.
  • Train, mentor, and develop avionics technicians.
  • Manage team performance, attendance, and compliance.
  • Ensure FAA, manufacturer, and customer quality standards are met.
  • Implement corrective actions and maintain accurate records.
  • Install, repair, and troubleshoot avionics systems.
  • Build strong relationships with customers and support an exceptional client experience.

  • 5+ years of experience in general aviation or avionics.
  • Strong knowledge of aircraft electrical and avionics systems.
  • Experience in troubleshooting corporate and private aircraft avionics.
  • Ability to read blueprints, manuals, and engineering drawings.
  • Experience installing harnesses and programming avionics systems.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to obtain airport clearance.
  • Preferred experience with Garmin, Honeywell, pitot-static testing, cabin entertainment, and Wi-Fi systems.
