Qualifications

• 5-7 years of hands-on experience in aircraft maintenance or production, specifically on F-35 models
• Experience with C-130 aircraft is an advantage
• Educational background or training in aerospace structures, particularly Heavy Structures
• Proficiency in navigating technical documents like blueprints and manufacturing specifications
• Strong presentation and training skills with a practical background in instruction
• Willingness to travel 10-15% of the time

Responsibilities

• Conduct training sessions using various methods such as classroom instruction and e-learning
• Assess employee competencies for certification compliance
• Evaluate and report on trainee progress during training programs
• Deliver specialized training on aircraft structures topics
• Prepare training areas to ensure effective learning environments
• Maintain and update training materials to keep programs current
• Collaborate with management to align training with operational needs
