What You'll Do- Own the Division's sales strategy and performance, including market expansion, geographical and revenue growth.
- Develop and execute business plans that position RS&H as a top-tier aviation consultant.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients and partners, ensuring excellence in project delivery.
- Collaborate with regional and national leadership to achieve ambitious financial and operational goals.

Required Qualifications:- Minimum 15 years of progressive leadership experience within aviation infrastructure development
- Established client relationships/marketing and business development experience
- Strong supervisory skills and record of leading multiple/multi-discipline teams
- Excellent organization and motivation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent presentation skills
- Ability to travel across the Division to existing/potential Airport Clients
- Must have a Valid Driver's License with a good driving record
