  • Partner with event owners, coordinators, executives, presenters, and technical teams to understand event goals and translate them into effective production plans.
  • Maintain auditoriums, and control room systems, including video walls, audio systems, control systems, networked AV devices, and production equipment.
  • Troubleshoot issues quickly and professionally during live events, escalating when needed while maintaining a calm and solutions-focused presence.
  • Support continuous improvement of AV production spaces, workflows, documentation, equipment standards, and operational procedures.
  • Coordinate with vendors and internal technical teams for equipment repairs, upgrades, installations, and event-specific production needs.
