- Starting pay $85,000 to $130,000 per year (based on flat-rate hours)
- We Pay for additional ASE certification testing and Toyota Training
- Additional bonuses paid based on ASE certification level
Responsibilities:- Performing diagnostic tests and identifying any issues with multiple makes of vehicles
- Completing repairs efficiently and effectively to meet high-quality standards
- Conducting thorough inspections to assess overall condition and identify potential problems
- Performing regular maintenance tasks, such as oil changes and tire rotations
- Collaborating with the service team to ensure timely and accurate vehicle repairs
- Keeping up-to-date with the latest automotive technology and repair techniques
Requirements:- Prior experience as an automotive technician, preferably with a focus on used vehicles
- Minimum of 2 ASE certifications
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in using specialized tools and equipment
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
