We want good technicians to turn hours, make money and go home-not live at the dealership.WHAT YOU'LL DO- Diagnose mechanical and electrical concerns
- Perform accurate, quality repairs
- Complete maintenance and repair work efficiently
- Use proper diagnostic procedures instead of simply throwing parts at problems
- Communicate repair concerns with service management
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Participate in Mitsubishi training to stay current with changing vehicle technology
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FORWe're looking for someone who knows their way around a vehicle and still wants to get better.
Our ideal technician has:
- 2+ years of automotive repair experience
- Strong mechanical diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Experience with brakes, suspension, steering, maintenance and general repair
- Ability to diagnose and repair vehicles correctly the first time
- A valid driver's license and good driving record
- Your own basic technician tools
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic
- ASE certifications are a plus
- Dealership or manufacturer experience is a plus, but not required
