What You'll Do:- Diagnose and repair complex vehicle issues (engine, electrical, drivability, HVAC, suspension, brakes, etc.)
- Use advanced diagnostic tools and follow proven repair processes
- Perform high-quality repairs efficiently and accurately
- Communicate clearly with service advisors and support fellow techs
- Take ownership of your bay, your work, and your results
- You may also have the opportunity to help mentor apprentices (if desired) and help raise the bar for the whole shop
Requirements- Senior-level tech (A or B level is fine!) with strong diagnostic skills (3+ years preferred)
- Valid driver's license required
- ASE certifications a plus (or willingness to earn them, we pay for both test prep & cert. tests!)
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and dependable
- Calm under pressure, coachable, and team-focused
