Specialized Expertise: Bring expertise in areas such as Corporate Strategy/M&A, Transformation, Digital/Data and AI, Cost and Productivity, with a focus on Aftermarket, Front Office, Supply Chain and Manufacturing Operations.
Strategic Vision: Craft strategies and plans that support clients in realizing their vision, navigating competitive landscapes, and creating shareholder value.
Industry and Functional Insight: Demonstrate a deep understanding of industrial and automotive industry fundamentals, market dynamics, company operations, and key financial metrics.
Innovative Solutions: Formulate solutions for complex problems using a fact-based, hypothesis-driven approach, leveraging industry knowledge and functional expertise.
Collaborative Leadership: Lead focused strategy work and larger-scale cross-functional engagements, collaborating directly with and managing client teams.
Digital Transformation: Apply the latest digital technologies and approaches to drive sustainable value for clients.
C-Level Relationships: Establish strong credibility and cultivate relationships at the C-level through exceptional outcomes, effective communication, persuasive narratives, and collaborative teamwork.
Global Network Collaboration: Navigate the global Accenture network effectively, leveraging expertise to generate valuable executive insights and contribute to client business development.
Travel as needed, up to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.
Here’s What You Need:
Minimum of 8 years of experience in Consulting or corporate strategy, with a preferred focus on the Industrial sector.
Bachelor's degree.
Bonus Points if You Have:
An MBA or equivalent degree from a leading program preferred.
Presentation Skills: Proficient in delivering formal presentations and communications to senior executives.
Analytical Thinking: Exhibit intellectual curiosity, strong analytical skills, and a knack for conceptual thinking.
Time Management: Excellent time management abilities, adept at prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines consistently.
Team Development: Foster teamwork and enhance team performance through excellent people development skills.
Communication: Communicate effectively in written and verbal formats, clearly conveying ideas and results across all organizational levels.
Initiative: Showcase drive, ambition, and initiative to contribute to Accenture's business growth at both the functional and industry levels.

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired as set forth below.
