Job SummaryAre you ready to take the next big step in your automotive industry career? Our high-volume automotive store is seeking a full-time Automotive Store Manager to oversee and motivate our talented team of professionals.
The ideal candidate for this position should have a track record of successful management positions with at least two years of experience, and a strong desire to succeed with integrity.
You will oversee daily operations, drive store performance, and lead your team to consistently achieve and exceed ambitious sales goals. Responsibilities - Oversee daily operations, remedy customer complaints promptly, and ensure customer satisfaction metrics are met
- Oversee the workflow of all vehicles, including the accurate management, ordering, and sale of parts and service.
- Act as a proactive problem-solver, capable of effectively navigating and overcoming daily operational challenges to ensure seamless store performance.
- Manage and mentor technicians and sales associates to cultivate a high-performing, positive, and collaborative work environment.
Qualifications- Associate's degree is preferred but not required; a high school diploma or GED equivalent needed
- Two or more years of experience in a sales manager or general manager position for a store or auto group is necessary
- Knowledge of the automotive industry and trends
- Possess a state-issued driver's license and acceptable driving record to operate dealership-owned vehicles
- Strong communication skills; a track record of leadership; and the ability to interpret profit and loss statements are necessary for success

Compensation: $70,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
