Overview

Looking for A and B technicians for growing Nissan dealership

Key responsibilities
  • Perform in-depth diagnostics using OEM software, scan tools, oscilloscopes, and advanced test equipment.
  • Repair and overhaul engines, transmissions, AWD/4WD systems, advanced electrical and hybrid systems, ADAS calibration, and module programming.
  • Interpret service manuals, TSBs, wiring diagrams, and OEM procedures; complete accurate estimates and repair orders.
  • Mentor Tech staff, oversee quality control, perform road tests, and ensure repairs meet manufacturer standards.
  • Handle warranty documentation and dealer paperwork; communicate directly with service advisors and manufacturer reps when required.

  • Proficient with OEM diagnostic software, module programming, and advanced electrical troubleshooting.

  • Compensation & structure
  • Pay potential: $70,000-$120,000+ annually (dependent on skill level, production/flat-rate, specialty certifications, and performance bonuses).
  • Pay types may include flat-rate, hourly + incentive, and shop bonuses.
