Job Details - Salary: From $70,000 to $130,000 per year

- Location: Millbrook, NY 12545
Primary Responsibilities - Troubleshoot customer vehicle concerns using the latest diagnostic and administrative tools
- Provide courteous and professional service to all customers
- Ensure safe and reliable vehicle service is delivered correctly the first time
- Address all original customer concerns thoroughly
- Participate in factory and in-house sponsored training programs
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Service Manager

Job Requirements:
Qualifications - Experience with warranty and non-warranty inspections, diagnostics, maintenance, and repair on various vehicle makes and models
- Good communication skills
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Valid state driver's license with a good driving record
- NYS Inspector's license is recommended
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Technical or trade school degree preferred but not required
