RESPONSIBILITIES:- Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and mechanical repairs
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and performance issues
- Complete work orders accurately and in a timely manner
- Communicate repair findings to service advisors
- Follow manufacturer guidelines and dealership quality standards
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Continue learning through training and certification programs
QUALIFICATIONS:- Experience as an automotive technician preferred (dealership or independent shop)
- Tire shop or quick-service automotive experience strongly encouraged
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Ability to use diagnostic tools and standard shop equipment
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- ASE certifications a plus but not required
- CDK experience a plus
- Team-oriented mindset and strong work ethic
COMPENSATION: The Senior Service Technician Position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of between $32.00 and $50.00. The position may also pay a production bonus based on individual or team performance that may range from $0.00 (if baseline benchmarks are not met) without any fixed upper limit.
- Hourly and Flat Rate based on experience and certifications.
