Brigham-Gill Village CDJR is looking for an
experienced Automotive Service Advisor / Writer to join their busy store.
Job Type: Full Time
Pay: $75,000-$125,000
Responsibilities- Greet every customer that enters our facility with hospitality and respect
- Obtain the customers' and their vehicle's information
- Determine and recommend needed maintenance, repairs and services based on the vehicle information and history
- Answer technical questions about vehicle problems, warranties, services, and repairs
- Oversee service orders & related documentation
- Set service appointments and assign tasks to service department employees
- Manage the store's workflow and delegations to the service technician team
- Communicate and update customers on the progress of their vehicle
- Build long-term relationships between the store, yourself and the customer
Qualifications- 3+ years of automotive service advisor experience required
- 21+ years old
- Valid driver's license with good driving record
- Proficient in using computer systems and software applications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail
- Team oriented
- Ability to bend, move, lift and physically perform duties in the scope of this position
