Job Details - Salary: From $80,000 to $120,000 per year

Key Responsibilities - Greet service customers promptly and professionally.
- Inspect vehicles and review service history to determine customer needs.
- Promote appropriate services, parts, and accessories by understanding product details.
- Provide accurate estimates for costs and completion times, and obtain customer authorization.
- Monitor service progress, communicate updates, and receive approvals for any changes.
- Administer warranty repairs following manufacturer guidelines.
- Confirm service appointments by phone prior to customer arrival and conduct post-repair follow-up.
- Inspect vehicles before delivery to ensure repair quality and communicate results to customers.
- Comply with state and federal automobile repair and consumer protection laws.
- Maintain behaviors consistent with company values in interactions with customers, coworkers, and vendors.
Work Hours This role is full-time with standard business hours. Specific scheduling details will be provided during the hiring process.
Job Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record in the working state.
