Key Responsibilities
  • Greet service customers promptly and professionally.
  • Inspect vehicles and review service history to determine customer needs.
  • Promote appropriate services, parts, and accessories by understanding product details.
  • Provide accurate estimates for costs and completion times, and obtain customer authorization.
  • Monitor service progress, communicate updates, and receive approvals for any changes.
  • Administer warranty repairs following manufacturer guidelines.
  • Confirm service appointments by phone prior to customer arrival and conduct post-repair follow-up.
  • Inspect vehicles before delivery to ensure repair quality and communicate results to customers.
  • Comply with state and federal automobile repair and consumer protection laws.
  • Maintain behaviors consistent with company values in interactions with customers, coworkers, and vendors.
