What You'll Do- Be the primary point of contact between customers and the service department.
- Greet customers, understand their vehicle service needs, and offer recommendations.
- Schedule service appointments and maintain accurate customer records.
- Provide clear explanations of repairs and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with technicians and service teams to ensure an efficient workflow.
What We're Looking For- Previous experience in an automotive service advisor or customer service role is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and team-oriented mindset.
- Valid driver's license (required).
- Spanish-speaking ability is a plus.
Additional Details- Job Type: Full-time
- Shift: 10-hour shifts, including weekends (rotating schedule).
- Location: In-person in Cumming, GA (must be able to commute or relocate before starting).
