What You'll Do
  • Be the primary point of contact between customers and the service department.
  • Greet customers, understand their vehicle service needs, and offer recommendations.
  • Schedule service appointments and maintain accurate customer records.
  • Provide clear explanations of repairs and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with technicians and service teams to ensure an efficient workflow.

Additional Details
  • Job Type: Full-time
  • Shift: 10-hour shifts, including weekends (rotating schedule).
  • Location: In-person in Cumming, GA (must be able to commute or relocate before starting).
