As a Service Advisor, you'll be the bridge between our customers and our service technicians-helping customers understand their vehicle's needs, coordinating repairs, and delivering an exceptional service experience from start to finish.

What You'll Do- Greet customers professionally and create an outstanding first impression.
- Listen carefully to customer concerns and accurately document repair requests.
- Write repair orders and explain recommended maintenance and repairs.
- Communicate with technicians regarding vehicle inspections and repair progress.
- Keep customers informed throughout the repair process.
- Provide accurate repair estimates and obtain customer approvals.
- Recommend factory-scheduled maintenance based on vehicle needs.
- Coordinate vehicle delivery and explain completed repairs.
- Build long-term customer relationships through exceptional service.
- Maintain strong Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores.
- Schedule future maintenance appointments.
- Work closely with the service team to maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction.
What We're Looking For- Previous Automotive Service Advisor, Service Writer, or dealership experience preferred.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Sales experience or the ability to confidently recommend maintenance and repair services.
- Excellent organization and time-management skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced dealership environment.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
- Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen.
