We are looking for an experienced and proven Automotive Service Advisor for our Lexus of Brooklyn dealership!High Earnings! - No Weekends! - Brand New Facility!Responsibilities:- Deliver exceptional customer service from write-up to delivery
- Recommend and sell needed services with confidence and integrity
- Build long-term relationships with a loyal customer base
- Maintain high CSI and uphold dealership standards
Qualifications:- A minimum of 3 years of verifiable experience as a Service Advisor
- A proven track record of strong selling skills
- A consistently high CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index)
- Luxury brand experience (preferred, not required)
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Bilingual candidates are a plus
- A great attitude with a high-energy personality
