Hiring: Automotive Sales Representative- Pay: $75,000-100,000 USD annual salary based on production
- Schedule: We ask that you have open availability to support dealership operations and customer demand. You will need to be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Reports to: Service Manager
- Onsite in Urbandale, Iowa
What You'll Do- Greet customers and provide a welcoming, professional dealership experience.
- Learn customer needs and recommend new or pre-owned vehicles that fit their goals.
- Explain vehicle features, technology, pricing, and available options.
- Conduct vehicle walk-arounds, demonstrations, and test drives.
- Follow up with customers throughout the sales process customer relationships.
- Maintain accurate customer and sales activity in dealership systems.
- Partner with Sales Managers, Finance, and other dealership teams to support a smooth vehicle purchase and delivery experience.
What You'll Bring- Customer service, sales, retail, hospitality, or automotive experience.
- A customer-focused approach with an interest in helping people find the right vehicle.
- Comfort learning vehicle features, technology, products, and dealership processes.
- Valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record.
