Pay Range: $40,000 - $151,000+ (based on experience & performance)
What You'll Do- Assist customers in selecting and purchasing new and pre-owned vehicles
- Build strong relationships and deliver an exceptional customer experience
- Follow up with leads (internet, phone, and walk-ins)
- Demonstrate vehicle features and conduct test drives
- Negotiate deals and close sales professionally
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and promotions
Compensation & Benefits- $40K - $151K+ annual earning potential (uncapped commission)

What We're Looking For- Sales experience preferred (automotive is a plus, but not required)
