Automotive Sales Representative (Hiring 3 Sales Professionals) - Pugmire Lincoln of Marietta

Pugmire Lincoln of Marietta is adding three experienced sales representatives to our team. We're looking for candidates with a solid sales background, a professional approach, and the ability to represent the Lincoln brand with confidence and care. If you take pride in how you interact with customers and you can back it up with results, we'd like to talk.
Role Overview
• Work directly with customers to understand their needs and guide them to the right vehicle.
• Present features, technology, and benefits in a clear, informative way.
• Lead test drives that genuinely support the buying decision.
• Provide straightforward information on pricing, leasing, and financing options.
• Maintain follow-up communication that feels respectful, not high-pressure.
• Handle digital inquiries promptly and set solid appointments.
• Build long-term relationships that earn repeat and referral business.
What We're Looking For
• Previous sales experience (automotive preferred, not required).
• Someone comfortable closing deals without being pushy.
• Strong communication skills and a calm, professional manner.
