What You'll Do- Assist customers in selecting vehicles that fit their needs, lifestyle, and budget
- Build strong customer relationships that generate repeat and referral business
- Learn vehicle features, technology, and product information
- Conduct professional vehicle demonstrations and test drives
- Guide customers through the vehicle purchase process from initial contact through delivery
- Follow up with customers before and after the sale to ensure satisfaction
- Learn and apply proven sales and customer service techniques
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities
- Work closely with sales managers and team members to achieve goals
- Represent Rydell of Independence professionally and positively at all times

- Experience working in a performance-based or commission environment
- Previous sales experience is helpful but not required
Compensation- $50,000 - $120,000+ Annual Earning Potential
- Guaranteed Pay of $3,000 per Month for the First 3 Months
