Compensation: $3,400 monthly guaranteed (paid as a draw) + competitive commission structure and performance-based bonuses

Responsibilities
Guide customers through the complete vehicle purchasing process, from initial contact to final delivery.
Deliver a professional, consultative sales experience by identifying customer needs and recommending the right vehicle.
Respond promptly to internet inquiries, phone calls, and showroom guests.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, follow-ups, and sales activity using CRM software.
Build lasting relationships that encourage repeat business and customer referrals.
Consistently meet or exceed individual sales goals and performance expectations.
Qualifications
Previous experience in sales, customer service, or another customer-facing role is preferred.
Experience in retail, hospitality, or similar service-oriented industries is highly valued.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Self-motivated with a strong desire to grow professionally and maximize earnings.
