Best Pay Plan in the City.What You'll Do- Build relationships with customers both in-person and online.
- Respond quickly to internet leads, phone calls, emails, and text inquiries.
- Help customers find the Chevrolet, Cadillac, Subaru, or pre-owned vehicle that best fits their needs.
- Guide customers through the entire purchase process from introduction to delivery.
- Conduct vehicle presentations, demonstrations, and test drives.
- Explain vehicle features, technology, safety systems, and financing options.
- Maintain accurate customer records using our CRM system.
- Follow up with customers before and after the sale to create lifelong relationships.
- Stay knowledgeable about current inventory, incentives, and new vehicle technology.
- Participate in ongoing sales training, dealership events, and team meetings.
- Work alongside finance and service teams to deliver an exceptional ownership experience.

- High school diploma or equivalent.

- Ability to work evenings and Saturdays as part of a rotating schedule.
- Comfortable using technology, smartphones, and CRM software.
