Berglund Automotive is seeking proven automotive leaders to join our dealership group in General Manager, Sales Manager, and Service Manager roles.

LEADERSHIP OPPORTUNITIES
General Managers
Lead overall dealership performance, including sales, fixed operations, profitability, employee development, and customer satisfaction. Ideal candidates will have a successful record of improving dealership performance and building accountable, high-performing teams.
Sales Managers
Drive vehicle sales, gross profit, inventory performance, and team development. Ideal candidates will be skilled in coaching sales professionals, managing the sales process, maintaining accountability, and creating an outstanding customer experience.
Service Managers
Lead service operations with a focus on productivity, profitability, technician development, customer retention, and quality. Ideal candidates will understand how to balance operational performance with a positive experience for employees and customers.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Proven automotive dealership management experience
- A strong record of achieving sales, profitability, productivity, or customer-satisfaction goals
- The ability to recruit, coach, and retain high-performing employees
- Strong business judgment and financial understanding
- Clear communication and consistent accountability
- A customer-focused and team-oriented leadership style
- The flexibility to be considered for opportunities across Central and Southwest Virginia
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
Compensation varies by position and is based on the responsibilities of the role, relevant experience, and performance expectations.
- General Manager: $175,000 to $300,000 annually
- Sales Manager: $80,000 to $150,000
- Service Manager: $80,000 to $120,000
