What You'll Do- Make phone calls, set appointments, manage internet, phone, and walk-in traffic
- Ensure CRM usage, follow-up processes, and lead management best practices
- Conduct one-on-one training sessions and daily sales meetings
- Oversee trade appraisals, pricing strategy, and inventory management
- Maintain high CSI scores and ensure a transparent, customer-focused sales process
- Work closely with the GM and department leaders to hit monthly sales goals
What We're Looking For- 3+ years of experience as an Automotive Desk Manager, Sales Manager, or F&I Manager
- Strong desking skills (payment structure, lending, rebates, incentives, warranty products)
- Experience in high-volume dealership environments preferred
- Strong leadership, coaching, and communication abilities
- Expertise with CRM, desking tools, and DMS systems
- Ability to manage a sales process from lead to delivery with consistency and accountability
- A customer-first mindset with sharp closing skills
- Valid driver's license
