Qualifications

• Automotive leadership experience with progressive responsibility (GM, GSM, or Fixed Ops Director) required.
• Local to the Baltimore, MD area required.
• Proven success managing both variable and fixed operations.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.
• Experience with dealership financials, KPIs, and inventory management.
• Tech-savvy with CRM and digital retailing tools.
• High level of accountability, professionalism, and work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Lead all dealership operations, including Sales, Finance, and Fixed Operations.
• Drive revenue growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
• Hire, develop, and retain top talent across all departments.
• Set performance goals and hold teams accountable to results.
• Oversee new and used vehicle inventory strategy and management.
• Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and high performance.
