Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in an Automotive GSM, Service Director, or GM role.
• Deep knowledge of dealership operations and sales management.
• Proven track record of driving financial performance in a franchised dealership.
• Strong communication, organization, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Proficient with MS Office, ADP, CDK, and HRIS systems.
• Demonstrates ethical leadership and commitment to company culture.
