Full Job Description
We are currently seeking to add a top-performing Automotive Finance Manager to work at Honda of Frontenac. The ideal candidate will possess the interpersonal skills and self-confidence to perform at a high level as well as the ability to work as an integral part of the sales team, and the desire to exceed our clients' expectations.

Responsibilities:
  • The F&I Manager is responsible for presenting protection packages to all customers, closing of final deal paperwork, and ensuring all vehicle sales are completed and finalized efficiently while maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction (CSI)
  • In addition, the ideal candidate works in conjunction with Sales Managers and customers to obtain financing and/or the best options for funding in a high-volume environment
  • The F&I Manager is responsible for tracking and collecting receivables.
  • The ideal candidate will perform all duties of said role honestly and ethically
  • Ensure that all financial paperwork is fully compliant with local, state, and federal guidelines before submitting the completed documentation to lenders for approval.

Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of dealership finance experience is required; prior automotive sales management experience is a plus.
