Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a Finance Manager in a franchised dealership, preferably with luxury brands
• Demonstrated success in PVR, VSC penetration, GAP penetration, and lender diversification
• In-depth knowledge of menu selling and regulatory compliance standards
• Excellent communication skills, fostering trust with guests
• Experience with Reynolds & Reynolds or CDK preferred
• Active F&I license or ability to obtain one before employment
• Hospitality-oriented mindset, balancing guest and dealership interests

Responsibilities

• Guide guests through financing, leasing, and protection product options professionally
• Structure deals accurately with sales and lending partners for smooth transactions
• Present and sell various F&I products using a structured menu-based approach
• Build and maintain strong relationships with lenders for competitive financing options
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and manufacturer regulations on all transactions
• Collaborate with the sales team to capture all finance transactions
• Maintain precise deal documentation and fund contracts on time
• Promote a culture of excellent guest experience extending beyond the sales desk
