Automotive Finance Managers to join our growing team across multiple Heritage dealership locations. This role is ideal for proven F&I professionals who believe ethical selling and exceptional customer satisfaction are the foundation of long-term success.
Finance Manager Responsibilities:- Execute the dealership F&I sales process ensuring full compliance and disclosure
- Drive profitability through the sale of finance products, service contracts, and protection plans
- Partner with dealership leadership to meet and exceed F&I performance goals
- Maintain strong relationships with lenders, manufacturers, and financial institutions
- Deliver a transparent, customer-focused financing experience
- Complete all retail documentation accurately and efficiently
Finance Manager Qualifications:- Previous Automotive F&I experience required (2+ years preferred)
- Strong knowledge of automotive lending and compliance standards
- Experience with Reynolds & Reynolds (IGNITE), RouteOne, and eLeads preferred
- Proven ability to influence sales teams and drive profitability
- Strong organizational, communication, and mathematical skills
- Proficiency with MS Office and dealership systems
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
