Job DescriptionUSA Today Top Workplace!Cooper Auto Group is accepting applications for a top-tier Automotive Retail professional to lead our Finance & Insurance (F&I) department at Joe Cooper Ford of Shawnee. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Develop and maintain comprehensive menu selling process to maximize the F&I department's profitability and product penetration.
- Take turns as part of the F&I producing team.
- Track portfolio with lenders.
- Review and inspect the flow of the department's paperwork to ensure accuracy and timely turn around on all deals.
- Ensure deals are fully compliant with company, local, state, and federal guidelines.
- Support the sales department in achieving its goals, and work closely with the sales department on enforcement of proper selling methods.
- Be an example of professional morals, ethics, and world class customer service.
- Set and maintain finance department work schedule.
Qualifications- Proven top performer experience as an automotive Finance and Insurance Director.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Professional appearance and work ethic.
- Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirement.
- Ability to in a fast paced automotive retail environment.
- Must be able to pass pre-employment screening.
