Cooper Auto Group is accepting applications for a top-tier Automotive Retail professional to lead our Finance & Insurance (F&I) department at Joe Cooper Ford of Shawnee. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive menu selling process to maximize the F&I department's profitability and product penetration.
  • Take turns as part of the F&I producing team.
  • Track portfolio with lenders.
  • Review and inspect the flow of the department's paperwork to ensure accuracy and timely turn around on all deals.
  • Ensure deals are fully compliant with company, local, state, and federal guidelines.
  • Support the sales department in achieving its goals, and work closely with the sales department on enforcement of proper selling methods.
  • Be an example of professional morals, ethics, and world class customer service.
  • Set and maintain finance department work schedule.
