Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting vehicle protection packages and detailing their benefits.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with lenders to secure optimal financing for customers.
• Electronically submit financial deals to banks using dealer systems.
• Accurately process all transaction paperwork ensuring compliance with Office, DMV, and lender standards.
• Engage with the sales team to complete transactions accurately during store meetings.
• Support customer engagement and follow-up with the sales team during busy periods.
